The Party President shall not hold or seek any public service position while serving as the head of the party. Party leadership and public office shall remain clearly separated to prevent conflicts of interest.

The party shall have four Working Presidents, representing the Hindu, Muslim, Sikh, and Christian communities. Every three years, two men and two women shall be nominated to these positions, ensuring balanced and inclusive representation across India.

One Person, One Post

The party shall follow a strict “One Person, One Post” principle. No individual shall hold multiple party positions simultaneously, and a member may receive the party ticket for the same public service position a maximum of two times.

The party shall maintain 50:50 representation of men and women in party positions as well as in the allocation of election tickets.

The standard retirement age for party constitutional positions shall be 65 years. In exceptional cases, a maximum five-year extension may be considered based on merit, reputation, and contribution. No member above 65 shall hold a constitutional party position.

The party aims to provide opportunities to young, educated, capable, and socially committed professionals with clean records and a genuine passion for public service. Representation shall be open to talented men, women, and transgender persons who can connect with citizens and contribute meaningfully to the nation.

The party shall maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy towards corruption and serious misconduct. Individuals with established criminal convictions or serious proven cases involving sexual harassment, rape, assault, coercion, or similar offences shall not be eligible for party positions or election tickets.

The party shall not promote or encourage dynastic politics. Party positions and election tickets shall not be distributed on the basis of family relationships, personal connections, friendship, or influence.

The party shall reject divisive and opportunistic politics and uphold the principles of equal opportunity, fraternity, fairness, and democratic participation. Every member, regardless of religion, creed, caste, gender, or background, shall have an equal opportunity to represent the party and serve the nation.

Every citizen of India has the right to live, travel, work, and settle freely across the country, subject to the Constitution and the law. No citizen should face harassment, discrimination, or exclusion because of their place of birth, language, culture, or community.
